I love watching the transformative power of someone unlocking their dream job after being rejected for years and hearing stories of Colorwave fellows working together to support each other in an authentic and loving way.

What is your ‘why’ for serving on Colorwave’s Board?

I want to see more people from underserved backgrounds get access to exponential wealth creation. I think this is a viable pathway to freedom.

What makes this organization special to you?

The spirit of the organization is one where all people who enter can let their guard down and be their full selves. Any given meeting or session is filled with belly laughs, tears and snaps of affirmation.

What impact do you see Colorwave having in the next 10 years?

I see Colorwave being responsible for helping to create a real, unstoppable network of tens of thousands of people of color who become millionaires, homeowners, founders, c-suite leaders and investors who statistically move the needle on economic inclusion.
