How has your time at Stiles Hall helped shape you to be the leader you are today?

My time at Stiles Hall helped me understand the concept of places and organizations being "leaderfull" where leadership and power are shared across multiple people, not just one person or team.

Please share one of your fondest memories of doing work or building connections as a member of the Stiles Hall community?

I always looked forward to the retreats/training out at Point Reyes. That was such a great time for the team to spend quality time with each other and build trust.
