"My time at Stiles Hall has been instrumental in shaping me into the leader I am today. I'm incredibly grateful that Stiles took a chance on me early on. I was eager to be part of something larger than myself, and my volunteer experience at the Raices Center provided the perfect introduction. Through the connections I made there, I found my way to Stiles Hall. At Stiles, I had the opportunity to work with students of all ages and from diverse backgrounds. This experience was invaluable. Not only did I learn how to effectively collaborate with such a wide range of individuals, but I also gained experience in developing and empowering volunteer leaders within the programs I managed. I believe this experience was crucial in helping me discover and cultivate my own leadership potential. Stiles Hall fostered a sense of self-belief within me. It helped me see myself as a leader, something I hadn't fully realized before. It gave me the confidence to trust in my abilities, even in the face of previous life challenges. Because of my time at Stiles, I'm confident that I bring a great deal to the table, and I'm ready to lead."

One of my fondest memories at Stiles Hall centers around the collaborative environment fostered amongst the college-aged leaders. Being part of that group was incredibly valuable. We were able to bounce ideas off each other, learn from each other's leadership experiences, and collectively shape our own leadership styles. A particularly special memory involves connecting with teachers in the classrooms where we provided tutoring. Seeing their work and passion firsthand was truly inspiring. It gave me a deeper appreciation for their dedication and reinforced the importance of the work we were doing at Stiles Hall.
