Each chapter of my time with Stiles has enabled me to grow in new ways. In school, it helped me learn from students who had come from many walks of life, creating fertile ground for perspective building. In the years since, I've observed what it means to build and sustain impact at a community and organizational level.

I took Facing you, facing me my senior year of college. To this day, it remains one of the most unique experiences I've been a part of. It is rare to be able create an environment of intense honesty amongst strangers. It is a testament to Dave's ability to bring people together and help them connect with each other, by encouraging the presence of one's most authentic self.

A sense of grounding and realness that is increasingly important and rare in today's world.
